Our staff have a deep knowledge of the care industry and we are available during normal office hours to answer your questions. We send out regular newsletters and communications and update our website and facebook page daily with news that effects the industry.
We also have example policies, procedures and templates available
In conjunction with care sector lawyers Harrison Clark Rickerbys, the Association runs a free legal helpline for members, with reduced rates for additional legal advice

We run regular careers fairs for those looking for employment in care under our Proud to Care banner. WMCA members can exhibit free of charge at these careers fairs, connecting them with prospective employees

Members can obtain substantial discounts from prime care sector suppliers. These include Citation, Quality Care Group, JLA, Fireco, and Aid Call. Preferential rates also apply for some legal banking and energy sourcing services
The Association meets regularly with Social Services, MPs, CQC and training agencies. We also represent the care community on Safeguarding boards and other committees. Through our membership of the Care Association Alliance, we form a network of over 9000 care providers that has a voice that is listened to by central government.
The Association runs several Trusted Assessor schemes on behalf of care providers, freeing up time spent travelling to hospitals to do assessments.
