West Midlands Care Association runs numerous events througout the year attracting a diverse audience from within our membership and across the care sector in general

We are normally able to offer exhibition opportunities at our larger events and these are a great opportunity to showcase your products or services

Cost £150.00 (inc VAT). 

Payment is in advance paid by card at time of booking

Whats included

Exhibition spaces are normally 2m x 3m and usually include a trestle table (venue permiting).  Each booking includes 2 delegate spaces.  Additional delegate spaces can be booked at non member price (£25.00 inc VAT).  Maxmium of 4 delegates per booking

We are happy for you to distribute promotional literature on the tables at the event

Due to the differences in the venues we use we cannot guarantee that each exhibition stand has access to mains power and wifi

Due to Data Protection legislation we are unable to share details of the delegate list before or after the event
