West Midlands Care Association works to facilitate local networks for Registered Managers, Nurses and other Care staff across the region, giving you the chance to network with like-minded colleagues who face similar, everyday challenges.

Each network is led by a chair, we are currently meeting quarterly to ensure you as managers can access support and share experiences and ask advice from other colleagues.

Networks are a great source of information, offer access to guest speakers, including the CQC, and support from other managers.
